Organizing the event was a rewarding experience, especially with the opportunity to host Shelmina, a former IBM VP, as our keynote speaker. Her firsthand account of the challenges she encountered as a woman leader in the tech industry, shared in an intimate setting, provided invaluable insights for everyone present. As a first-time event organizer, it was a momentous occasion for me.
